Before Order Processing: You can cancel your order without any charges if it has not yet been processed by our team.
After Order Processing but Before Delivery: If your order has been processed but not yet out for delivery, you may still cancel it, but a cancellation fee may apply.
1.2. Ineligible for Cancellation
Orders that are already out for delivery or have been delivered cannot be canceled. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we are unable to accept cancellations once the delivery process has started.
