Prices for products and services are subject to change without notice. We strive to display accurate pricing information, but errors may occur. In the event of a pricing error, we will notify you and offer the option to proceed with the Order at the correct price or cancel the Order.
4.3. Payments
You agree to provide accurate and complete payment information and authorize us to charge your chosen payment method for the total amount of your Order, including any applicable taxes and fees. Payment must be received in full before your Order is processed.
5. Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We will make reasonable efforts to deliver your Order within the estimated timeframe but are not liable for any delays.
5.2. Delivery Address
You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address. We are not responsible for Orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by you.
6. Returns and Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns of perishable goods.

If you receive damaged or incorrect items, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours of delivery. We will review your request and, at our discretion, issue a refund or replacement.

8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Owambee and its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our Services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to our Services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific Order in question.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Owambee and its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or related to your use of our Services or any violation of these Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed per the laws of the jurisdiction in which Owambee is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in that jurisdiction for the resolution of any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of our Services.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the updated Terms on our Platform and updating the effective date. Your continued use of our Services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.
